THE UMBRIA VILLA OWNERS ASSOCIATION
OUR MISSION
The Umbria Villa Owners Association is the first association of villa owners in Umbria set up to promote Umbria on an international level. Its mission is to promote an understanding of the traditions, territory, art, cultural identity and events in the Region, its citizens and their activities.
Among other functions the Association offers worldwide promotion of associated members properties through its web portal. Only properties situated in Umbria can be presented on the website: these are generally villas, apartments, vacation rentals, residential hotels, small and charming hotels, B&Bs, guesthouses and niche accommodation proposals that are rarely or never presented together.
One of the uncompromising criteria for acceptance of a property to the Association is the superior level of quality, which is the factor that separates mass tourism from niche tourism. Niche travel absolutely has to increase in Umbria, and it is these tourists who are the most attracted to it.
To stand out on internet from the crowds of portals presenting Umbria, the Association’s site aims for something completely new, and quality is its focal point. For this reason not all properties or businesses will be admitted to the Association, only those with a high level of quality and ambience, where the owners have a natural vocation for hospitality and an exceptional passion for Umbria.
WHAT WE ASSURE TO THE MEMBERS:
- A great selection of the associated and of the properties.
- We accept only the property we think are the best and the most exclusive and tipical.
- All the property members can use the prestigious logo of the association for advertising as a guarantee of quality .The member can take the logo directly from the web site in the login page available only for the members.
- We will accept a maximum of 10 -15 properties for each catecgory. This just to preserve our associated to don't have to much cometition between the associated owners! And this point is one of our goal! Something you can not fin in any otheres vacation rentals web site or similar!
- We are not intersted about the quantity such many others sites but about the quality !
- The web site is a great media to promote the region of Umbria,the events and more !
- We think to promote the web site online in the major search engine,
