After a four-year hiatus, Grammy-winning singer Brandy has turned her tragic experience with the Los Angeles freeway car accident into the inspiration for her new CD, Human, which is slated to be released Dec. 9. Jet magazine caught up with the talented star to get the inside scoop on how she dealt with the ordeal and what’s on the horizon with her new project.
“I just felt like it was the best title to describe who I am at the end of the day, who we all are at the end of the day. It’s a message that I’m not beyond mistakes, circumstances, any of that,” she said.
Her new single Right Here (Departed) is on heavy rotation on every radio station and her album Human is set to be released next December 9th.
According to producer Dr. Luke, American Idol Kelly Clarkson is currently working on her best album ever.
From what he said to Entertainment Weekly magazine, her song “My Life Would Suck Without You” could be the first single to be aired.
The official date of her 4th album has not been confirmed but it should be around Christmas time.
Some tabloids came out with a story saying Ashlee Simpson nhad given birth somwhere between Saturday night and Sunday morning but her rep denied the whole thing, saying that miss Simpson was well and very much pregnant.

As Lindsay Lohan was entering the VIP room in a club in Paris, PETA activists threw flour over her head, which made Samantha Ronson furious. She said on her blog:
“I don’t wear fur, but I don’t think I have the right to ATTACK those who do. No one has that right.
PETA should focus their efforts on educating people on what they believe are injustices instead of seeking press via harassing those in the limelight. I received an apology too many days late from the PETA folks (the blog removal was too little too late) and today I’m pissed at the bag of flour thrown on Lindsay last night.
Not because I got powdered down, but because the girl who threw it acted like an animal herself. I take that back, it’s an insult to animals to group her in with them, my dog is FAR more civilized than that person. I would have more respect for them if they didn’t use other people to get their point across.
Lindsay, Mary Kate, Ashley Olsen, Anna Wintour and the rest of the targeted celebrities aren’t the problem, I’m pretty sure they’re not the only ones wearing fur, in fact, they should be appreciated by PETA for giving them a target. If it weren’t for them, who would get them press?????”
Sam’s got a point here.
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were also picked on a few days ago by PETA members, but they got off easy with only a mini demonstration against them.
After 50 Cent did it, Keyshia Cole made the decision to go fix her nasty teeth too.
